Intercaps Filling Systems offer the unique opportunity of buying a complete PET filling line for carbonated soft drinks/carbonated water/still water originally supplied by SACMI FILLING S.p.A., as a complete quality bottling line. Practically new and hardly used, by a client who has gone suddenly out of business, the line was manufactured in 2007 and is now ready to ship from the factory, fully refurbished and covered by a 6 months warranty.

This line is available immediately and is currently in stock at only approximately 50% of the original price, new.

Specifications of the line include:

- Rotary Lanfranchi PET bottle unscrambler

- Lanfranchi air conveyors

- Sacmi Filling 32/32/8 Neck Handling ISO monoblock

- Sacmi Labelling 8 head rotary hot melt

- SMI film only shrinkwrapper

- Premix carbonating unit (made specifically for hot drinks, but can do water as well.

- Sacmi Filling complete conveyor system

- Output speeds: 12,000 bph on 500 ml; 6,000 bph on 1.5 litres (carbonated soft drinks). Output higher with still water.

- Year of manufacture: 2007.

- Parts for: 05. litre 1/.5 litre and 2.25 lire bottles included.

- The machinery is fully reburbished and comes with 6 months IC FILLING SYSTEMS warranty on parts.

- Should additional bottle handling parts be required for your needs, we are able to supply them, at cost.

- Delivery and installtion not included in the price but can be offered by IC FILLING SYSTEMS, at cost.

Intercaps Filling Systems present a fully reconstructed labelling machine at PPMA 08 Show in Birmingham UK

Intercaps Filling Systems ltd have recently completely reconstructed a high quality Sasib Quattro self adhesive labeller which is now for sale on a first come first serve basis.

The machine has been completely stripped down to its basic components which have all been sand blasted and re-sprayed with protective paint and then again sprayed and oven cooked to the Company deep blue colours.

The electrics have been totally replaced with completely new electric components and rewired.

The labeller is a 12 heads single self adhesive station ( the station is a brand new high quality unit produced by Intercaps Filling Systems in their Italian production plant in Parma ) and a position is available for a second station to do a second label.

The mechanical camme inside the turret has been produced completely new and is capable of patch as well as full wrap around self adhesive labels.

Anti static elimination stations can be installed as optional.

The Intercaps labeller will be on show at the Brau stand of Intercaps Filling Systems in Nuremberg.
