Cosmo TL400 Tie-Labeller
This machine based on a new design concept is suitable for applying tie labels to bottles made either of plastic or glass. The machine can be installed directly along the line by means of an electrical axis system or on a stand-alone basis.
In both cases the machine can be cut out when its use is not necessary by raising the main head above the bottle transport area, using the special motorised system.
Special features of the COSMO TL400:
- - Applies tie-labels of all materials including the thickest types and tie-labels featuring systems for preventing label removal at a very high production rate (400 labels per minute).
- - Precision is guaranteed by the mechanical tie label gripping and releasing action combined with a mechanical system for placing the label on the bottleneck.
- - Label dispenser is positioned at breast height.
