Premix Carbonators and Carbonators with and without De-Aerator
Our Premix/Carbonator is at the forefront of innovation in this sector. Our machines are not driven by proportionate pumps which need manual adjustments each time a new product changes and /or water temperature changes which may cause foaming in the filling process. The minimum configuration of our system is for 10,000 litres per hour although it can be run at lower speeds. The major advantage is the automatic flow meter of Swiss make (ENDRESS HAUSER) which allows instant adjustments to the dosing level of concentrate in the water. Water and syrup are mixed respectively by a centrifugal pump with modulating valve and a lobe pump with inverter in a strictly constant relation under magnetic flow meters control.
As a very flexible instrument, it allows maximum variation of settings with extreme ease. Just like the traditional mechanical proportionate pumps it does not require specially trained personnel.
