Semi-Automatic machine components:
This 100% stainless steel machine is suitable for 3 to 20 ltr bags and is capable of 200/250 bags/h with 3 ltr bag production. It is also suitable for food use and is CE regulations compliant.

The fully automatic Bag-in-Box solution is suitable for 3 to 20 ltr bags and the two heads machine can produce 1200 bags/h on the 3 ltr bag.

Single head Aseptic Drum Filler (220ltr)
This is the smallest and most compact aseptic filler for sterile flexible bags. It has been designed for laboratory pilot applications and for sterile sample taking on aseptic industrial plants. For this reason the frame has wheels and the machine can be easily moved from one location to another.
This machine is available with a 2" version filling valve for food products with pieces and/or 1" version for liquid or viscous products; with sterile chamber (with steam) and/or cold version (with disinfectant) and also for low acid products (dairy type products).
