General description

Dynamic working pressure check, train generation and checking and ECF (Environmental Conditions Feedback) are just some of the standard design elements. An off-the-shelf air conveyor that performs like a custom-built one: a breath of fresh air for your bottles.

Our air conveyor is accompanied by a wide range of accessories, such as automatic size change of the neck or body guides and various filtration levels from standard up to 3-stage absolute filtering.

Automation can also be enhanced through the addition of user aids such as JDS (Jam Detection System) or UMP (Ultra-clean Maintenance Procedure).

   

For Clean and Ultra-clean installations, a product line has been developed that may be complemented by a number of different options such as C.I.P. and absolute filtration.

The Combiner: one of the components developed for the realization of complex layouts with very high level efficiencies. Its compact design makes it possible to realise equipment of reduced dimensions without affecting system functionality.

Automatic body guide adjustment, already available for a number of years, has recently been supplemented by automatic neck guide adjustment. Now, switching from 28mm- to 38mm-neck bottles is as easy as pressing a button

Automation plays a key role in good line functioning. A range of improvements now ensure high performance levels even with “difficult” bottles. The VLN (Very Long Neck) patent makes it possible to work with bottles with very long necks and sloping shoulders.

The automation software has been paired with advanced-technology hardware such as profibus networks, inverters positioned directly on the motors and a wide range of field sensors.
