This automatic bottling and packaging machine is a closed Monoblock, constructed on a base of tubular stainless steel and FDA grade plastic materials. The Monobloc includes all the stations performing the individual phases of labelling, rinsing, filling, and capping. Self-adhesive label application, partial or wraparound.

- Hot stamp date coding of the labels available
- Rinsing station with 360° bottle rotation and sterile water/ sterile air injection
- Filling station - various types of filling are available
- Capping station - various types of capping available
- Optional PVC capsule distribution/sealing and neck label application available
- Hygiene: high resistance to chemical agents such as detergents, sanitation and sterilization solutions
- Basic manual operation for container feeding and removal up to 300-1000 bph
- An optional kit renders the machine fully automatically
